The staff is amazing, my mother in law is there for rehab. The patients love my dog and always ask me to bring her in. I hope the staff can get my mother in law Elaine Kahn an extension. We would like to keep her at Gwynedd Healthcare because walking distance to our home. Beautiful place.

Staff is very friendly, caring, attentive and competent. Responds promptly to "call button." Organizes many enjoyable activities daily to keep patients busy and happy. Good medical care. I consider the foregoing to be the most important aspects of a nursing home. Management responds promptly to queries. Room accommodations are adequate, but not spacious (no surprise) for double- and triple-occupancy. Food is tasty, although only lukewarm (even the hot tea is not hot enough for teabags to brew), and selection is limited. Very accommodating of special dietary needs, although often out-of-stock of specific, promised foods. I'm told they're working at improving the food service. No longer allow visitors to purchase food for themselves, which would be convenient. Overall, I am very happy that I chose this nursing home for my loved-one -- they perform well on the most important issues.
