I came to this hospital with a pain in my chest. I was immediately taken to the ER area where, after a battery of tests, they determined that I was going to need open-heart surgery and a double bypass. This was my first time ever being admitted to a hospital and for a first time, this was something very serious. All of the medical staff displayed a quiet confidence in their abilities, yet a caring bedside manner that helped to calm my fears and believe in their ability to save my life. I was kept informed every step of the way of their plans to get the right people, the best people to perform the special procedures I desperately need. My sister, who in past years had been a medical reporter for North Carolina TV station immediately assessed the competency and skills of the surgical team and her confidence on them reduced my level of fear. Well she was right!! 9 days after the surgery I am being released to go home. I can without reservation this hospital and staff.,... yes it is a clean and beautiful hospital ... the food is great...but it is the quality of the medical staff that is most important and this is a 5 star facility.

This hospital is clean, great place . Customer service is excellent, they really take care of you. Ricardo in public relations came to check up on us to see if we needed anything.
