Everyone who I came in contact with that evening were very professional, helpful. I first met Diana who did my intake. Then, Haley NP examined my left ear, which I couldn’t hear from. Sophia RN came in and flushed my ear. She was exceptional. Made sure I was comfortable during the procedure. The ladies at the front desk, sorry I don’t remember their names, were great as well.
