Dr. Amit Sahu is a Consultant Neuro and Vascular Interventional Radiologist with over 14 years of experience. He completed his MBBS from Grant Medical College and Sir JJ Hospital, Mumbai, in 2006, followed by MD in Radiodiagnosis/Radiology from Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik, in 2011. He further specialized with a Fellowship in Interventional Neuroradiology from G S Medical College, KEM Hospital Mumbai, in 2017. His areas of expertise include the management of varicose veins, deep vein thrombosis (DVT), peripheral arterial disease, embolization procedures, oncologic interventions, hepatobiliary interventions, and dialysis arteriovenous (AV) fistula salvage. Dr. Sahu has been recognized for his academic contributions, receiving awards for his presentations at national and international conferences. He is an active member of several professional societies, including the Indian Society of Vascular and Interventional Radiology (ISVIR), Cardiovascular and Interventional Radiology Society of Europe (CIRSE), Society of Interventional Radiology (SIR), European Society of Radiology (ESR), Radiological Society of North America (RSNA), and Indian Radiological and Imaging Association (IRIA).
