Burdwan Medical College and Hospital (BMC&H), located in Bardhaman, West Bengal, is a premier government medical institution established in 1969 and affiliated with the West Bengal University of Health Sciences, Kolkata . The hospital itself dates back to 1922, evolving from a small nursing home into a major tertiary care center with over 1,200 beds and more than 30 specialty centers. BMC&H is recognized by the National Medical Commission (NMC) and offers a wide range of undergraduate, postgraduate, and super-specialty courses.
