We arrived at emergency about 6:00 p.m., with only a few other patients before us. Within moments a nurse had a wheelchair at the curb to help us with Dad. The staff had him in a room and started care immediately. Nurses, phleb, x-ray and the attending doctor were kind, professional, and their bedside manner actually had Dad laughing! Under the circumstances, this was by far the BEST hospital visit I’ve ever had. From the young ladies at the front desk, to my nurse Renee , the doctor , and the gentleman that took my CAT scan. Everyone, I mean EVERYONE, was so wonderfully kind and efficient. I Was in and out with exceptional service. A big thanks to Renne and ALL the staff at Copper Queen Community Hospital.
