Dr. Staple and crew were so wonderful today. I have been dealing with an issue for months and everyone seemed to brush me off and wouldn’t listen to what I was asking to be checked for. I’ve been in the ER several times and each time I was treated very well. After reading the reviews I’ve read the bad ones seem to be more from people with little to no patiences. Most should have went to an urgent care somewhere. Why would you wait till dark and go to an ER? I can tell you why they do it is because they don’t have a regular doctor and won’t make an appointment, don’t want to wait. My hat is off to the entire staff, I used to work in an ER and I can understand what they have to put up with.
