The treatment is excellent, I arrived at the emergency area in very bad condition, they quickly took me through the same thing. Both the nurse who took my signs and the doctor who treated me were extremely kind and understanding. The doctor explained everything to me, told me what I had and was very patient with me. It may not be the newest hospital but the common areas are clean, as are the bathrooms. The only detail is that they lack resources, something as simple as some PH measuring strips were not available. This situation is very sad, since the service is excellent. The opposite is true for the IMSS del Cantador, which has all the resources but the service is disgusting. This is not the fault of the Hospital staff, who do what they can with what they have and are thanked for their service. The state and federal government should implement more resources in the medical area so that Guanajuato residents receive the quality service they deserve.
