They treated me quickly and scheduled an appointment for a reasonable date. The only thing I don't like about any medical institution is the lack of available and nearby parking, above all. I always have to walk a lot with a 10kg baby who has ruined my back without mention the danger to which I expose him by crossing such busy streets but seeing this as a problem for all medical institutions in general

In Mapatón2017 I visited the HIES and it really has all the accesses, elevators, ramps, large spaces, large doors, adapted bathrooms and its facilities have had renovations that have helped to have better access.

I am delighted with the excellent care. I speak of the entire staff, from doctors, nurses, social workers, kitchen staff, and cleaning staff. Everyone is excellent. May God continue to bless you for this beautiful work of helping the sick and needy. I love it and continue to attend appointments with my daughter for her purpura, and I truly thank the hematologist for her excellent care. The facilities are also superb; they look like a private hospital. The second floor area is beautiful, making staying there even more pleasant because it is very modern and child-friendly. I slept comfortably in the chair bed. Those little beds are a great advantage for us who care for our children. I only wish there were more, since they are few and far between, but everything is very good.
