1. The best of the México, The hospital is better than others

2. Everyone very attentive. I would just like to comment, is it okay that they start smoking outside the main floor? I saw two people right on the steps of the main entrance smoking. Is that allowed outside?
I ask because it is a hospital, I don't know if it is allowed or I am going where it is not.
