The Mental Health Day Program at Rockyview Hospital has been incredibly helpful and truly life-changing for me. The program equips you with a wide range of skills and tools to navigate mental health challenges effectively. The staff are dedicated, compassionate, and truly invested in helping you succeed. I also want to give a special mention to Nurse Taylor. He is an exceptional mental health nurse who stands out for his kindness, patience, and genuine care. Taylor is an active listener who makes you feel heard and valued. His supportive approach creates a safe space to open up and work through difficult emotions and situations.
