1. Janet and Jodi made a frightening experience comfortable and made sure I was taken care of. These two are amazing people ❤️ they took amazing care of me and had the upmost compassion for my situation. They made the experience better than I've had in the past. I wish every nurse was as thoroughly helpful as they are. The porter also went beyond, got me a nice pillow and a blanket from the oven. Those 3 people eased my mind. I left feeling cared for. Then I went for a CT, and someone had deleted my appointment that had been made by the respiratory Dr. I have to go through triage all over again, to sort out their "mistake". You have to manually delete appointments, so its not really a mistake. Nurse's are great, other stuff so/so, or not great.

2. Nurse Kaitlyn in Emerge is exceptional. She has gone above and beyond in taking care of my loved one. She truly is a kind, compassionate, smart and so much more.
My family and I are so grateful for having her as a part of our care team.
