1. After planning a home birth and ending up needing to go to the hospital (and were supposed to be taken to southlake) we ended up at Port Perry and I will be forever grateful that we did. We gave birth to our first child here and it was beyond exceptional! The staff are caring, listen and genuinely want to ensure your needs are heard and mom and baby are cared for. I don’t think I could have had a better experience at any other hospital. The rooms they have are great - spacious, private bathroom, convertible chair to bed for your partner. A big thank you to the nurses and doctors that cared for us over our 3 days there we thank you 💕

2. Absolutely outstanding hospital experience. We were provided with a spacious room equipped with everything needed for the delivery of our first baby. The room was immaculate, boasting a large shower, bath, fridge, TV, and two convertible couches for support persons. The nurses were exceptional, offering incredible support throughout our stay. The expansive windows added to the overall ambiance. I'm genuinely puzzled by any negative reviews about this place. I willingly drive 45 minutes from Whitby to Port Perry because of the exceptional care and facilities here. I wouldn't hesitate to make the same choice for our next child.
