The staff and on-call operators at LINCARE are amazing!! We had to call them very early on a Saturday morning for service on a machine at our home. Without hesitation and showing nothing but care and concern for our needs, AJ, from the Urbandale, IA location, was there for us and took the time to make sure everything we needed was replaced and working as it should be and he made sure that our loved one was at the levels he needed to be before he left. They have an awesome staff, they are always eager to help! The staff is very reliable, and knowledgeable! When I've had equipment issues, they are extremely fast to serve. Im always very careful on who I let into my home, especially this day and age, and every one of lincare's personnel, that has been in my home has been very respectful and courteous!
