My name is Babulal Yadav, ex-servicemen in MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE. I am a visibly handicapped too. Date 20 March 2024, I went to the hospital to meet my relative who is admitted in this hospital, with my son. I feel the new thing over there the security staff of this hospital are very rude, angry and also misbehaving with the visitors and non-cooperative also. Yesterday an incident took place when the guard lady is shouting at my son again and again and misbehaved with him, she was threatening to slap him, after that so we decided to make the video of her by my son as evidence. The reason my son was just only to ask her where is ward no-2 on the second floor, she's on the phone call, (as she's not doing her duty) she's giving the gesture to my son but didn't reply by words, but he didn't understand, as we are new one here in this hospital, so we have no idea about that. He again asked her the same thing, so she cut the call, and she tried to fight. She's blaming him, as women empowerment. Shouting at my son I have all the evidence of it... I request you from Google to convey this message to #"Delhi govt". First of all, train your security staff on how to talk to the visitors first, and learn the manners which are the most important thing. Worst security staff of this hospital Delhi Thank You..#Shame
