The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The young lady (Candace) that checked me in did an excellent job explaining everything. The X-ray Technician and Phlebotomist each did an awesome job explaining everything about what was being done. 42 years ago I swore I'd never get another mammogram, thanks to the wicked evil being impersonating a human woman at Blackford County Hosp. I was coerced into eating those words today as I had the 2nd mammogram in my life at Marion General South Medical Park. I stressed over this appointment until I was physically ill. When I woke up I began thinking up excuses not to go. To make a long story short I went. I met a lady named 'Becky`. She was tasked with doing my mammogram. This woman was a saint. She tolerated my initial hostility and was able to completely put me at ease. She was very careful of my pacemaker ( one of my concerns) compassionate, gentle and so very nice. The worst part of this experience was having to take my shirt off in front of a stranger. So, to the admin at this facility, treat this lady well. Becky is a keeper!!
