I love Mercy Urgent Care. When I went in today (I've been a few times before as well), I was feeling awful. The front desk ladies were very grounded and kind. The doctor was funny, reassuring and sweet. She even wrote a note for me after I'd forgotten to ask initially. I lucked out and there was basically zero wait time. Any time that there has been a long wait was simply because they were packed and they take the time to care about each patient.

We had the best experience seeing Jonna Van Ness, ARNP. Even with the clinic being very busy, Jonna took the time needed to provide the best care to our daughter. I found her to be very knowledgeable with her taking the time to educate us as parents on what we needed to be watching for to ensure our daughter was okay. I would highly recommend this clinic!
