Absolutely amazing experiences here. I broke my ankle and all of the staff in the emergency room were exceptional, from the triage nurse to the emergency medicine physician, Dr. Emily Conrad. My follow up with the orthopedic surgeon, Dr. Marie-France Rancourt, and her team was equally impressive and seamless. Yes, it's a hospital and there will be wait times but they are working as quickly as they can and are very organized, communicative and caring.

This is an exceptional health care facility. I have had surgery and a number of medical appointments at the Montfort. All were conducted with care and kindness. Everyone has treated me with respect and all have been trained and experienced. I can’t overstate how grateful I am to this hospital. I can't speak for other departments, but the psych experience was surprisingly pleasant. I was admitted to the psychiatric ER (which I didn't even know existed and was a lovely surprise) after only waiting 30 minutes, and the next morning I was seen by a doctor and subsequently admitted. My stay following the admission has been nothing short of pleasant, and the psychiatric team is a wonderful group of people.
