1. Thank you Netcare St Augustines for taking good care of our family member under these Covid-19 restrictions. He was admitted a week ago for surgery and we were so concerned that we won't be with him in such a trying time in his life. Sr Hlengiwe Ndlela who served as the scrub nurse on his day of surgery went beyond her call of duty, following up on him in ICU until he was discharged and even a day after he was at home to advise the family on how to take care of the wound. In addition, the front desk staff ensured that the ICU Sr who was taking care of him updated the family on his progress. That was not expected but the hospital ensured that we are kept informed on his daily progress. The nature of care provided to our family member made us realize that Netcare still has good quality and caring nurses and support staff who are to provide service to clients. We are grateful to Sr Ndlela, in particular. She represented the hospital exceptionally well. Thank you Netcare.

2. Thee best service I have received at any hospital so far. My son was admitted for almost 3 weeks at the pediatric ward and he and I were WELL taken care of, I mean from the cleaners to the host to the nurses and sisters 🙌🙌. I applaud their dedication to hard work. I mean I was going through some daunting personal stuff, stressed as ever and the staff was more therapeutic than ever, giving me personal advice, the advice I needed to hear. I will forever be grateful.
