1. Good evening, I have been a patient of the institution for more than 20 years. On 07/01 I had an appointment to perform a Dopler echo with the doctor Guerchi, Juan Pablo. The appointment was at 5:10 p.m. I was waiting until 6:15 p.m. (It should be noted that he was seen ordering medical orders for about 5/6 minutes on the stretcher in the office with the door open. When I go to complain that he had not attended to me and that they were passing patients who had arrived later, he tells me without any hesitation ,
that I had not left the order and that I should go to reception to ask for a copy, and on top of that he called nanopatient, with no intention of solving the problem caused by him. The truth is that a professional who can even bite into care orders and on top of that accuses the patient, does not deserve to generate any type of trust and also discredits the institution. I hope that somehow they do not generate these inconveniences. Thank you

2. I am struck by so many negative comments, I went to the pediatric ward and clinics many times and they always treated me 10. The waiting times seemed reasonable to me, or shorter than other places like Fundación, which is excellent but you spend 3 hours waiting. Even the man at the door, the girls who serve you at the reception, the doctors on duty, all really excellent. Make your own experience. And if they go to the guard, there will be a wait, so be patient.
