Arrived at Emergency room, and my grandson was taken back within 5 minutes. His intake nurse, Krista, was so attentive, gentle, and oh so caring. He was so scared of getting stitches, but everyone was reassuring him no needles unless they were needed. He thought there were race cars in the CAT scan machine. The radiology tech was also very caring and gentle. Thank you to everyone who was in his care team. I'm so glad to see our hospital doing so much better.
